Best-FIT is a new system and strategies for control of fuel injection for internal combustion engines with patents pending. Best-FIT having less mechanical and electronic complexity than current systems, as well, lower cost and more efficient.
Best-FIT uses the same type of well currently know and employed elements so, their performance will be reliable and well proved.
Best-FIT consists of major changes in three areas.
1) New internal program in the main control computer "MCU".
2) New intake manifold.
3) New fuel injector’s nozzles and/or adapters for use with the current injectors.
Best-FIT implemented in new vehicles will significantly lower manufacturing costs by not requiring expensive and critical components, also, lowering the weight of the engine and/or vehicle.
It may stop using current oxygen, detonation, flow/mass air sensors and the exhaust gas recirculation "EGR" system. With the possibility of not using a catalytic converter neither, the current cooling system, radiator, water pump, hoses, fans etc.
Best-FIT implemented in vehicles in use today will be widely accepted by users of such vehicles and, anticipating that, demand will exceed supply. The potential market is some more than 600 million vehicles internationally. The cost to the user for implementing Best-FIT will be easily recovered in a short time because of the big and important savings in gasoline and less bugs and fault fixing events.
Best-FIT will be a very interesting and attractive business for car makers, companies in the automotive industry, and/or entrepreneurs with a vision of good business worldwide.
Also, Best-FIT could be interesting for people like you, willing to joint as a team of partners for the commercial exploitation of this new technology. You do the administration, financing and marketing and, I bring my technology and cover all the technical aspect. The main problem to overcome with this new technology of Best-FIT is the unbelief of the people. This disbelief is very normal and justified. The bad popularity of many advertised devices claiming to improve vehicle performance and the fact that there is no known yet prestigious company who has made something similar, I think, is the leading cause of the unbelief. But always, something new means that no one knew it before and, that some individual, who was known or not, have to have devised it.
Based on my research and many experiments through more than 25 years in this project, I can firmly assure that: about Best-FIT, what it is necessary to know now at the present is the degree of improvement that can be obtained. The degree of improvement in a range from 20 to 50% is 100% sure and proved. The degree of improvement in the range of 50 to 100% is for the time been with a possibility of 90% only because not have it proven yet.
Best-FIT is the continuation and development of another project that was called “Carbuinyector”. In tests using only a small part of what is now the new Best-FIT, it was achieved 31.4% improvement in mpg economy (see table below), confirmed by a FTP75 test on a Official Laboratory. It is therefore, to overcome the problem of "credibility" and without risk to a potential interested party, to manufacture first some prototypes for demonstration of Best-FIT to know precisely what to expect, what will be the unit cost and best plan to follow.
I can make some prototypes of Best-FIT in 6 months of work for demonstrations and to carry out all necessary testing if having all economical resources to cover the expenses involved and to hire a couple of engineers. If this could be of interest for you to be involved; you can monitor all work and participate as an active partner of the project.
After having tested the initial prototypes of Best-FIT, with a proper investment, it could be created a company and have trained a working team of 6-8 people. In six months be starting the marketing of 100 systems per month and, six months later, 500 systems monthly. This new company will, in one year being self sustainable and having profits. From the second year after starting, the company may be selling and installing 10,000 Best-FIT systems internationally by month, with an excellent profit per system.
